How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase is very simple. Make your selections on styles and click on the image to view the individual product item details and sizes available. Add them to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Add to Shopping Bag’ tag next to your desired item. Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag and then follow the on-screen prompts as they guide you through the process of proceeding to the Checkout and finalising your purchases.

Can I order by telephone?
Ordering by telephone is easy. Please telephone one of our Customer Advisers on +44 (0)115 945 5829 with the details of the item(s) you would like to purchase and your billing and delivery information. Your order will then be processed and despatched to you.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless “out of stock” is displayed next to the age required. Please be aware that even if an items is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
Can I reorder if an item is showing as out of stock?
If there are any items that are showing as ‘out of stock’, please contact us either by e-mail on sales@balloonsweb.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)115 945 5829 with the details and we will attempt to re-order the item for you.
What size do I need?
Sizes can vary by brand and so we have produced a Sizing Guide section with details of measurements specific to the brands.
Alternatively, please call a Customer Adviser on +44 (0)115 945 5829 who will be more than happy to measure specific items for you and offer advice.
What does it mean to ‘Pre-order’ on an item?
We pride ourselves on offering an efficient service which means that we offer items for sale before they come into stock. These are available to pre-order which means that you have reserved those items. You will not be charged for the item(s) until it arrives and the order is complete and ready for despatch.
What payment methods does Balloons accept?
We accept, Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Delta, Maestro and Switch debit cards.
How will I know that you have received my order and it is being procesed?
When you have placed an online order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of this order. This does not however mean that the order has been completed. This happens once the credit card details have been approved and the delivery address has been verified. If there is a problem with any of these or the items in your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to discuss this with you.
Are my credit card details safe and secure when I shop online at Balloons?
At Balloons, your personal online security is important to us. The purchase area of our site is secure. This means that we utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information. Your card details are not stored on our website and we only keep your card details until your order has been processed. Additionally for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address with your credit card company.

What method of delivery is used?
We use Signed For delivery method through the Royal Mail which ensures we can track and trace all parcels.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At Balloons we are proud to offer a fast and efficient delivery service.
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 1 to 3 working days after you place your order.
For International orders, we aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days after you place your order.
We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.
I live outside the countries listed for delivery, does Balloons still deliver?
Please e-mail us on sales@balloonsweb.co.uk if you find your country is not listed. We will notify you of the cost for delivery to your country and the process for ordering.
